Absolutely removed all of the smells from the city water. The water tastes amazing. And thrilled with the large capacity reservoir!

had a transplant and because we have a well my transplant doctor told me I can’t drink my water, even though our water is just fine. I was buying bottled water until my grandson told me about your product and as a gift brought me one. I absolutely LOVE this pitcher. It I not only great water but it also helps keep track of my water intake every day. I need to drink lots of water every day. Thanks so much for creating this GREAT product.

I do taste a difference, a difference for better, between the old filter and the new filter. I like the taste of the water. Removing the filter is a bit of a challenge. But I’m glad I’ve got the system. I do feel it is providing me with cleaner, healthier water.

This was a replacement for our 2year old pitcher that had cracks at the bottom. We love the life straw and have recommended to friends/family. Great tasting water and so happy to filter out microplastics.

Great water filter system
on January 12, 2024

The water really tastes noticeably better with lifestraw in comparison with Brita or Mavea. Two issues though. The pitcher isn’t light, so my elderly mother has trouble using it and it takes a long time for the water to pass through and the top of the pitcher doesn’t allow you to easily pour already filtered water while new water is passing through the system. So that means that, if you have just filled up the pitcher, the next person has to wait a while before they can pour themself a glass of water. .

Filter replacement parts were difficult to install Had trouble finding clear instructions It took two days for the filter to work properly. Clearer video or written instructions would be helpful. Device is now working well and we love it.

2 10-cup Pitchers with Cracks!
on January 16, 2024

We have 2 10-cup pitchers in the original plastic material that have developed multiple vertical cracks on the base of the unit My son brought his back from college and we promptly ordered the plastic replacement thinking it was due to rough usage. However, when I took a close look at the one we use at home, I noticed the same vertical cracks at the base. The home pitcher is actively leaking water onto the towel we usually place the pitcher on. The towel was originally placed to add stability. The home pitcher never had been slammed or bumped. Not quite sure how these cracks have developed. This is very upsetting as we had gone through 2 home stations that leaked at the sprout opening. The 10-cup pitcher was the alternative to the home station. Now they are leaking as well.
My son now has the replacement plastic pitcher at his dorm; we shall see how long before this one develops cracks. I am contemplating switching to another filtration system at home even though I love the design and functionality of LifeStraw.
