Pitcher Looks Nice But Impractical Design; Filtration Excellent

Received this as a gift and was very excited for it. Filtration is very slow so don't expect to get a cup of water immediately. This model is too tall for my sink and as a renter, I don't have a hose on my sink to fill it up. It is also too tall for my fridge with the exception of one area in the door. Adding water into the filtration tank is more difficult than it needs to be - the hole is small and it's difficult to see the inside if it's full or not. Have overfilled/spilled several times. The parts are difficult to take apart for cleaning purposes and reassembly while also being not very sturdy (made of plastic and mine broke upon opening). Pouring from the pitcher is okay as long as there is not a lot of water in it. Mine dribbles slightly but might be due to the the broken piece. There is definitely a difference in the taste/quality of water compared to my old Brita filter.

The directions for replacing filters are incomplete at least they seem that way for someone who doesn’t work at Lifestraw. There is more I could say but it’s too much to textplain. I love the product and tell anyone who is looking for a filter. My daughter and sister are customers.

Home Dispenser

The dispensed water tastes clean and refreshing. Currently on our 4th dispenser fill up. Takes a bit of time to fill. Tap water goes through stringent filtering, and about 4 rounds of top cavity fill per dispenser is needed to complete a full container, but worth the wait. I may purchase another. We store at top of inside refrigerator for cold access. On our way to reducing bottled water purchases.

THIS IS A FINE ADDITION TO OUR HOME. Our water consumption is up because it simply tastes better. It is more convenient than the refrigerator's filter

Works great, the first few fills filtered slow, but it picked up and works great. Love the glass carafe and the great taste of the filtered water. My family feels safe drinking water filtered by LifeStraw.

We have horrible water where we live (for the nerds: 37 grains hard water) and it was essential that we have filtered water above and beyond our water softener to get rid of the crap that's in our water. I noticed a difference immediately. This may be the cleanest water I've ever tasted coming from our refrigerator. I wished ya'll had a similar filtration system for filling pots and pans too!

We thought we were buying a large 1 year filter but got the small 2 months filters.

Our 3 families are switching back to Brita because we can't seem to buy the large filter. Only the smaller filters are available to buy. Other then that, we loved the system.
