I was truly excited to use this dispenser in order to provide safer water for my family. Unfortunately, the thing started leaking at the point where you push the lever to dispense the water. I emailed Lifestraw, and never got a response. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because at least it does clean the water.

Never going back!

We’ve done it all to try to get clean, tasty water for our family!
We started with a Brita water filter but I don’t like using plastic to store our water in. Then, we switched to a glass 5 gallon jug that we would have to lug to the grocery store every few days. That wasn’t fun. Then I found LifeStraw! I wish I found this sooner! The water tastes great! I keep a glass jug of the filtered water in the fridge and keep the LifeStraw glass pitcher on the countertop, so we can have either cold or room temp water at all times.
We’ve been using this for a year now and I was scared at first that it would break but my kids 8 and 5 can poor themselves a glass with no issues!
I’m a fan!

Transparency, honesty and mission

It is extremely difficult to find a company with a straightforward mission that executes and is honest about their abilities. I don't personally know anyone who works for this company but LifeStraw appears to be exactly that. You'll be given the exact specifications of each water filter, simple directions, and you'll understand how your purchase contributes to the mission that drives the people. I will continue to purchase their products and if you work for this company and don't feel appreciated - please know - there are people out there who are happy you exist and rooting for your success.

Love the glass pitcher!

I am so happy to own this product to go along with the glass pitcher. I trust the filtering process to insure the healthiest water for drinking purposes. I also had a small issue with the filter and customer care took care of it immediately. I am a new, soon to be long term customer!

Really nice, you can taste the difference, but you have to fill up the middle a few time and wait in between to fill up the hole thing.

This water takes delicious! I haven't stopped gushing about LifeStraw!!! Both my husband and I are drinking more water and much less seltzer so feel good saving money and our world! The BEST!!!
