I had to buy a shorter pitcher and after filtering I transfer the filtered water to fit in my new smaller refrigerator. Yours is too tall and is just an inch too tall.

This was a replacement so O do like the Life Straw pitcher. The issue I have is that the top cover is difficult to remove.

Once filled, it’s awkward to pour. You have to support the bottle to easily pour the water. It could be I have a weak wrist.

The best water filtration source!

I live in an apartment that unfortunately doesn’t have the best water, and even the “filtered” fridge water tastes bad. This home dispenser makes those issues go away! You can 100% tell the difference of their filters compared to other brands that claim to get the job done, but don’t. I love what this organization stands for and I’m happy I can drink clean water that actually tastes good. I will never use any other dispensers other than this brand. I wish they sold even bigger dispensers because of how much water I drink!

Cracked in two places after only a few weeks

We liked the look of this pitcher and our water did taste better after filtering. However, after just a few weeks of regular use, two cracks along the seam of the plastic have developed on the base of the pitcher, leaking the water all over our fridge and making it unusable. I didn’t expect the pitcher to last forever but certainly longer than a few weeks! Very disappointed.

Hardest thing to remember...

The hardest thing to remember is what is missing. I did not know what I was missing until I got my LifeStraw home filter. I was missing good tasting water. Simple, right? Yeah and simply good. Now I drink more water, my electric kettle is cleaner, and I feel darn good. The pitcher is attractive and the water passes through the filter quickly, and all's well. Thanks for such a good product.

Great water, not great spout

I love this water filter, I do have an issue with the water spout leaking. You need to hold the cup under it after you’ve let go of the spout because more water drops out. Other than that, the capacity and size is great and fits in our fridge well. The water tastes great!
