I purchased this product plus the largest pitcher for home use. It is such a relief to know that the source of my drinking water is safe plus the water tastes great, a bug improvement over my previous filter.
The elegant design also doesn't hurt. Thanks for making such a great product!

This is my only source for drinking water in my home. It's easy to use and produces a great taste (as in no chemical or other flavors). I've told all my neighbors to check out your products.

Having the subscription cues me to switch my filters. It’s easy and all the packaging is recyclable. Super easy and no more forgetting or wondering if it is time to change filters.
If only they’d have a send back program for used filters. That would be great.

Pitcher came with a crack and leaks water

I was really excited to get my pitcher, but noticed after a few uses that there was a pool of water underneath it- it has a few hairline fractures at the base! I never dropped it-i will try to contact support about this issue
