Water tastes great.
Bought the larger size so I didn’t have to keep filling it up constantly.
But ergonomically, the shape makes it difficult to use.
Heavy wide bottom.
Handle isn’t comfortable.
So I really can’t fill it all the way because of the weightiness at the bottom.
I can’t imagine an older person being able to comfortably use this if they have wrist issues or arthritis.
Handle needs to be more ergonomic or lower in the body of the canister.
Also…
I don’t like the flappy round thing on the top where you put the water in that flaps all over when filling.
Should be able to snap it up in place so you can see what the heck you’re doing or how much water is going in.

This filter has exceeded my expectations, way better than the Brita! It tastes so much better than tap water too.

The water from this filter tastes better than Brita, the only brand I used before. It’s more expensive but so is everything these days, unfortunately.
I’m glad for the warranty though because of the cheap plastic it is made from. After a year my dispenser broke so LS graciously sent me a replacement. Now it has developed a leak too. Hoping someone is working on these issues to fix them permanently unless they want customer dissatisfaction. I still love the taste!

Great for home - please make a smaller size for travel

While traveling, I prefer to pack a pitcher so I can fill my lightweight, easy sipping water bottles. If LS made one just a bit smaller (5 cups?) with no handle (hourglass shape), I would 100% buy it.
