I have purchased several other brands of countertop water filters and none of the have worked to take out the terrible tasting water in AZ. The LifeStraw works great, there is no chlorine smell or taste, I am so happy with it.

Just wish for a better spout attachment

I LOVE the filter on this pitcher. I am huge about clean drinking water and just making sure my family is healthy. This filter system answers all my wants and even my fiancé says the water “taste better” than our old filter pitcher. That said, I’ve been using this filter for almost two years and I have to say I do not like the little faucet/spout/whatever you want to call it where the clean water comes out. It’s uncomfortable and takes forever. On our old pitcher, it was super convenient to turn the little handle up and have the water come out. The button thing on this one is just awkward. That said, the quality of water is just too good to go back to the old pitcher. I just hope they adjust the spout to something better.

I WAS EXCITED TO HAVE THIS. THEN WHEN I TRIED IT IN MY REFRIGERATOR IT DRIPPED AFTER EACH USE. SO I MOVED IT TO THE EDGE OF MY KITCHEN SINK AND IT'S OKAY IF IT DRIPS. I'VE LEARNED AFTER POURING FROM THE DISPENSER, IF I PUSH THE "TOP" OF THE DISPENSER BUTTON THE DRIPPING STOPS.

Really great while it was still working. But its now leaking (literally not holding any water) after barely 2 years of normal use. Really disappointing. I guess this will now add to the micro plastics in the environment…

The water tastes pure. It does not smell and I have not had any issues with the dispenser. It holds a lot of water.
My only issue is aesthetics; I like things looking clean and blemish free. My dispenser has some built in streaks of salmon colors or black specs that cannot be washed off. Only I notice it and my guests never look that closely at the dispenser since it mostly looks perfect.
