Pitcher Prone to Leaking

Loved the pitcher, really loved the water, but somehow it developed a crack at the bottom and started leaking. Told customer service about it and they shipped a new one right away at no charge and within a week of use it also developed a crack and started leaking. Can’t figure out how they are getting damaged, when it’s not like I’m slamming them or setting them on sharp surfaces or anything. Wound up ordering the glass pitcher and hopefully the glass pitcher lasts without an issue.

Always a lovely product from Lifestraw!! This is a replacement filter for the glass 7 cup pitcher and I need the entire product line now please!! I have them for myself and I've given them as presents too!!

Life Straw Pitcher

I bought this on the suggestion of a friend to use for my new cat's water. Truthfully, I'm just getting the kitty this week so I've not had a chance to use it. I'm sure it will be great. Looking forward to a fine product providing good water for my boy !

Cracks that are leaking

I bought this pitcher a few months ago, and it has cracks all around the bottom that are now leaking. Doesn’t seems as durable as I had wanted.
