LifeStraw Filter!

I was using another brand of filter pitcher for the last couple years but the lid for the pitcher started to fall apart. So, when I was searching for a replacement I had actually gotten information about LifeStraw from another site where I shop for companies being promoted.
I ordered the pitcher and subscribed to the small replacement filters as well as the larger filter that needs replacing yearly.
So far, this really makes my water taste better. We're on a well and the water usually tastes like dirt.

Too tall for my sink

This is on me, but I didn’t realize this was impossible to fill up in my sink. I should have bought the 7 cup. Otherwise I love the product.

The pitcher is a convenient

The pitcher is a convenient size but the filter inside requires four fills to fill the pitcher. The water intake is very close to the pour spout so if you are not careful it is easy to pour unfiltered water directly into the pitcher without it being filtered. Also if one is impatient to drink water before it has finished filtering the water inside the filter (pre- filtered) will pour out into your glass. These experiences can both ruin the overall experience. That being said if you are patient and careful it makes the water very clean and enjoyable. Wish it was designed with thirsty impatient people-proof design.
