I use LifeStraw glass pitcher because I am immune compromised. I alway can have clean water. I just refill my reusable water bottles.

I use the life straw for my personal home water to drink due to its very hard and sulfur. It take all the taste and smell away.

I’m not comfortable with the fact that the the part that holds one of the filter’s cannot be washed and it sits in the water that we drink.

10 cup water pitcher

The pitcher and filter work fine.. does not fit in my small refrigerator. My tap water appears to be clear and clean with out chlorine taste and smell present.

It is my experience that this filter removes most of the nasty from my town sourced and treated tap water. Without a microscope and test equipment the taste is fine and the chlorine smell & taste is removed..

Our filter was delivered last week. I set it up right away and keep in the fridge. Initially I was concerned about the time to filter the water but that improved after a couple of fills. The water is great and even better than the spring water we have been drinking. Totally worth the money.

I appreciate the technology to remove bacteria and parasites in addition to lead, microplastics, PFAS (“forever chemicals”), and 30+ contaminants. Slower filtering speed is something I am willing to sacrifice.
