We loved our pitcher so much we bought a bigger one! Also, the subscription plan for the filters makes life so much easier. I love having a new filter show up at my house when it’s time to change it. Also, thank you to the company for all you do to make clean water accessible.

We bought a Lifestraw water filter and loved it. Sleek design and holds a lot of water. We found a crack in it. A slow leak. I contacted Lifestraw and they immediately replaced it. Wonderful customer service. No problems with the new one. Thank you.

No more PFAs! but opening is a little small.

Considering this filters PFAs it's amazing. Further it looks nice too.
The flap to add water though is a bit narrow and requires enough force that you have to pour water into it fairly precisely and slowly enough so that the flap opens and water doesn't overflow.

We have been using this pitcher for a few months and we love it. We drink a lot of water so sometimes it takes a while to refill but it is worth the wait.

ifeStraw Home 10-Cup

I was disappointed there were no instructions. I submitted questions and got an answer that said they would get back to but they haven't. Are we suppose to "know" 10 cup picture means you put 10 cups of water in it? Filling the filter once makes about 3 cups. Surely I am not the only one with the question. Do I fill it 3 times to get it full or am I to not do more than once so the filter doesn't set in water all the time!

This one is much better than the dark obsidian color 7-cup I got that leaked around the gasket when pouring water.

We do love our new Lifestraw dispenser, but the only thing is the release valve leaks a little...so when you let go of it, it still dribbles. I wondered if they all do this? the water is very good tasting, and we love the way it gets filled.
