Love your products. As the water stands in the canister there’s no foul odors. I’m using my Lifestraw water to make good ice; there’s no aftertaste or odors so beverages taste great. Thank you for giving me a trusted water source!

Awkward to Use, Delicious Water

Pros
-the water tastes great!
-the pitcher looks good.
Cons
-I find it hard to pour water out of the pitcher. I like to refill my water bottles as well as ice cube trays and I find it really difficult both with the filter lid installed and without. The pitcher is just too large to pour without resting at least part of the base on the counter. I should have gotten the dispenser.

My life saving Lifestraw

This is the best gift I have ever gotten! I live off the grid, in the far back forests of the Ozarks. My main source of water is rain. For baths, dishes, laundry, cooking and drinking! About a year ago, my daughter bought me an inhome Lifestraw! I don't mind washing my clothes or myself and my house with rain water. But to not have to wash my dishes or cook and drink the straight rain water can be a little scary! But now that I have a Lifestraw, I don't worry about getting sick or just not having great tasting water anymore! I love my Lifestraw! If I could only have one thing with me, it would be my Lifestraw! Thank you for making such a wonderful product! I think Everyone should have a Lifestraw!

Wonderful water

The pitcher provides great tasting water and I’m using fewer bottles. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit in my fridge… (should have checked dimensions) and takes a bit of time to fill. Otherwise terrific

Quality water is a must and I would hate to run out of a filter to continue that process. So I highly recommend buying extra filters when you place an order. I love the taste!

No drama

I guess the best thing to be said about a subscription service is that there were no problems, drama, or surprises. The filter arrived without drama and I was able to replace the existing one and keep going with great filtered water from the pitcher that I use every day.

Instructions would be helpful

My package was delivered in a timely manner, was completely correct. There were no instructions on how to replace the parts, which would have been helpful as this was delivered to my father who has dementia. Thankfully it was easy for me to figure out how to do, but would have been really frustrating for my dad if he would have had to try to figure it out on his own (which would not have happened!). All that being said, I am grateful for these products!
