It’s the best filter, worst execution

BEST FILTERING SYSTEM OUT THERE. I LOVE IT. HOWEVER, when you actually want the water to come out of the pitcher it takes so long my fridge alarm starts going off before I can fill a 20 ounce water bottle. I just need the actual water dispenser part to be changed & then it will be the best water filter on the market.

I definitely notice a taste difference !

I bought this when I moved to my in-laws because I don’t trust tap water… childhood trauma thing lol- our tap water was so hard it RUINED everything.
Anyway, I also chose this over the brita because it filters out micro plastics. While I can’t test that for sure, I do notice a huge taste difference between my in laws filtered tap, town water and this water. It taste “less”. Love it!

Works well, but not very sturdy

I love my pitcher - it does a great job at filtering the water and holding enough to regularly refill my 32oz water bottle. This is my second one, as the first one unfortunately started leaking due to cracks in the base after a year or so. Hopefully this one holds up better, but I think a more sturdy/tough design would make sense, as the pitcher gets set down multiple times every day, not always on soft surfaces, and plastic cracks more easily than other materials. Or even offering a cover would be cool.
