This water bottle is very heavy especially filled with water or any liquid. Not easy to carry on hike; I've only used 1-2 times, so I think I probably do not need subscription for new filters. Am thinking I will cancel.

Spout leaks after 6 months use

There's an endless drip from the spout that started less than 6 months after purchasing the Lifestraw Home 18-cup filter. I can stop it by pushing in on the bottom portion of the hinged spout after using it. If anyone in the household, including kids, forgets to push and hold the spout then it leaks all over the floor. I love lifestraw but I'm disappointed in the product.

Service is terrific anyone I had questions. The filter is very trustworthy with filtering out harmful PFOA and PFOS ( plastics)which some pitchers don’t.

10-cup home pitcher

I am very happy with my LifeStraw pitcher. I have been using other brands for years and started buying bottled water because I wasn’t sure they were filtering very well and the cost of replacement filters became costly,especially if you are not sure if the quality of the water is any better than from the tap. I now keep my pitcher on the counter and fill a couple of bottles for the fridge for drinking and I feel like this is the best water filtering pitcher I have ever used, I also like your values,caring for others is often forgotten nowadays. I would highly recommend this pitcher,plus I have the filters on auto ship,never have to worry about when to replace it. Excellent tasting water and no plastic waste because of buying bottled water. Very happy customer!

Filters as good as the glass jar

However, would not buy over glass jar. It doesn’t feel as sturdy or as nice. Still Serves its functionality.

Excellent filter - Poor design

Filter works wonderful, I love it. The design of Home Despenser on the other hand, not so much.... The spigot leaks, maybe it's just mine and it's defective, but Its spring powered... I anticipate totally failure at any moment.
Please put a real spout/spigot on these.

We have gotten reports on our drinking water for 30 years. E coli etc. These filters really give peace of mind.
