I was super excited after seeing this product online that I ordered it right away. I loved the sleek design of it and the benefits of it, but after the first use it leaked all in my fridge. Water was leaking out of the dispenser part of it and continued to do so after every use until I had enough of it, which was a bummer. Haven’t used it since unfortunately, so I went back to using my trusty Brita pitcher.

My son is super picky when it comes to tap or bottled water. We got the LifeStraw home dispenser and he now fills his glass several times a day. I’ve never seen him drink so much water.!

My dogs now refuse tap water and wait until they see the pitcher fill their bowls. My dogs are spoiled rotten snobs (bless their tiny hearts), so if you want to treat yourself to clean tasting, soft, water, go ahead and buy the pitcher. It's a good product.

Access to filter is challenging

I am happy with my Lifestraw pitcher and the company’s mission, and glad there is a subscription method to get filters. However I have a weak wrist and getting the cover off the filter housing is challenging for me. No complaints otherwise.
