love my water pitcher in the bathroom - no need to carry bottled water upstairs anymore! And I have a subscription so a new filter comes every 60 days! My daughter just bought one for her house!

This pitcher is so easy to assemble and more importantly easy to refill. The water taste difference is noticable.
Keep in mind that minerals are not removed so you will taste them and they are necessary for your health.
I love this product!

Cracks alongside bottom after 5 months

I was initially really loving my pitcher until about 4-5 months in when I started to notice puddles of water on my counter from the leaking pitcher. After further examination and to my surprise, there were cracks in the plastic alongside the bottom of the rim where the base connects to the cylinder. I contacted customer service but haven’t heard anything back. Super disappointing.

The wife says it is working well. Must be removing most of the minerals, rich in the water. She can drink the house water now.

Loved it until it started leaking :(

I have had the larger pitcher for about a year and a half now. I loved the pitcher. It holds a decent amount of water and the water tastes great! Unfortunately, my pitcher has cracked on the bottom and is now leaking out of the cracks. I do not have the silicone base so that may help but should be included if cracking is expected after some time. It only stays in my fridge so I expected it to last a little longer.
