Great size and shape along with the best tasting water! It’s fairly balanced and easy to pick up and pour even while full. Also I have to give a shout out to the customer service team! I had a small part of the filter arrive cracked and they had it replaced in no time whatsoever. I love this pitcher, it’s the second lifestraw I’ve bought because I needed one to take in the rv as I travel once I got spoiled by the one at home!

Cracked and leaks

I wanted to like this pitcher so badly... Unfortunately, after using it for just two months, we realized the pitcher is cracked along the seams on both sides. (I thought the water around the pitcher was from sloppy refilling, but the cracks are visible now.) It leaks alllll over the counter. It's getting worse, and I am so disappointed in the quality of this product! It filters the water beautifully, though. Just wish the quality lived up to the lifestraw brand.

The product is way to cumbersome. Takes up to much space all around. I have tried requesting a return and have not heard back, it’s been over a month since I request a return.

Concept is there, quality lacking

The idea of this filter is amazing. The craftsmanship is lacking. I have had the product for just over 30 days and it has emptied in my fridge at least 2 times. The button on the side is not meant for repetitive use. No the happiest with what I have spend on the two products I bought. Customer service is none existent.
