Funded the Kickstarter—Still no regrets

Originally acquired mine by funding the Kickstarter shortly after the campaign was announced. Since then, it’s been perfect for filtering my water. Haven’t even so much as glanced at another brand since, and may yet pick up the newer Dispenser unit.

I think these pitchers are wonderful! We have 1 for fridge and 1 for countertop! We drink lots of water and not dealing with bottled water anymore and the guilt of added trash has been great! Wouldn’t trade these pitchers for anything! Water tastes great!

Not that great

Honestly, I was super excited when I first got this filter but it has been nothing but a disappointment. I love the way it looks and the glass container which is why I bought it because I was trying to stay away from plastics. The water filter chamber only holds about one 10oz cup in it and it takes about 30 min to filter through, so if you wanted to have your pitcher to fill up more than one glass of water you would have to come back to it 3 seperate times within an hr and a half so you don’t overflow the filter container. The height of it is also very odd and doesn’t fit in my fridge unless I were to move the shelves which would make so much less room for other things. Also too big to be held in the door. Overall, disappointment from this. Would not recommend this to anyone and definitely won’t by any other products from them

Spout leaks and cannot clean

I’ve had this filter for about 6 months and the spout leaks so much that I can no longer use it. Also, the spout gets dirty on the inside (even while changing the filters timely) and I cannot get inside the spout to clean. It’s gross. Definitely don’t recommend.

Best Filtration Around!

I have an original LifeStraw Straw for camping and fishing trips that already had me hooked on this company. I got the LifeStraw dispenser to replace my Brita since I wanted a filter capable of removing PFAS and other harmful contaminants other brands can’t handle. My water tastes phenomenal and the 18 cup storage has encouraged my soda-addicted boyfriend to drink more water too! Major wins over here. My only suggestion is to somehow change the spout so I get equal water pressure no matter how full the dispenser is. The lower the water, the longer it takes to fill a glass.

The water pours out slowly and it’s annoying to fill up; fills slowly as well. I’m only keeping it cause I can’t return it now. Wish I would have researched other pitchers.

^that’s what me and my roommate call the water in this thing every time we use it. Tastes great, awesome peace of mind, and the flow rate really does speed up after a couple rounds of water. No notes!
