Ditch the plastic and move over to the glass and small filters. The water tastes great and it looks great on the counter.

It's Awesome!

This is a great product, it feels sturdy and I am pleasantly surprised by the taste of the water, it really gets rid of the chlorine and other things I typically taste from tap water. I have been an avid tap water drinker my entire life. I always thought filters were unnecessary in my city but now with the rise of micro plastics in water I am happy to use LifeStraw! I have had this dispenser for 4 months now and I am very satisfied. I love telling my friends and family about it. I use it everyday and am excited that the filter will last longer than other competitors, it filters micro-plastics, holds a good amount of water and it fits well in my fridge.
The reason I docked a star was it does dispense water a bit slow and it doesn't really have a locking feature to keep the flow going. Since it can take a decent amount of time to fill up my 40oz bottle, I usually will walk away to do something quick while it is pouring but I can't always do that since it is finicky and I need to hold it. Either way, I still love this water dispenser!

Membrane Filter Doesn’t Last A Year

Had it 6 months and the water taste horrible now. Tried soaking it over night as instructed, but didn’t help.

Slow pour

I expect it to filter slowly. But it pours so slowly out of the spigot that it takes seemingly forever to fill my big cup.

After a bit of challenge

After a bit of challenge getting filters out was able to replace them easily. They seem to be filtering water a lot faster than previously, which is great. Hope that means they are still filtering contaminants as well as before.

Makes already-good water taste amazing!

New York City water already tastes pretty good, straight from the tap. But the LifeStraw system makes it taste amazing! The glass pitcher is easy to clean, and the replacement filters are simple to change.
