Countertop water filter

LifeStraw is a very effective countertop water filter. The design is genius. You can still use or pour water at the same time it is filtering water. It is glass, which is always the best much better than plastic. And the design is very artistic. It’s a pleasure to see it on my counter.

Leaking dispenser

My dispenser has been replaced and the replacement leaked too. We bought 2, one was a gift and that one now leaks too. We have to clamp the dispenser part closed after use. I really believe there should be a recall on this dispenser. It's difficult to give a bad review as customer service has been great. Frustrated customer here.

These pitchers are the best thing for filtering out contaminates and bad tasting water. Customer service is awesome to go all out to help their customers that have issues. We filter the water that comes from the refrigerator and agin through the pitcher. I recommend this item.

Its ok

I received one and a few months into use it started leaking. They replaced the item but took 4-6 months for that to happen. Now the water tastes like chlorine and I dont know what is causing that since it didnt have that issue with the broken filter and the water from tap doesnt taste like that. I asked for assistance but no one has replied.

Great water but issues with the spigot

I've had this filter for around 10 months and was happy with it for the most part. The water tastes great. A few months ago however I noticed there was some water leaking out of the spigot. Not sure why that started happening. We use it normally, it hasn't been dropped or anything. We've been keeping a bowl under the spigot since the leaking wasn't too horrible, except today I woke up to a puddle of water on the floor because almost all the water in the container leaked out of the spigot. Now I don't know if we can even use it anymore. This is very disappointing because I really like the filter otherwise.
