I purchased this product in error. I wanted the glass pitcher and will order that once the refund is confirmed. However, I've found the company professional and responsive so far and look forward to taking full benefits as a customer soon.

We love it but the spigot stops working after a few months

We’ve gone through two of these dispensers now over the course of one year. We love the design and functionality of this dispenser, enough so that we have it out on our counter for room temp water. However after about 6 months of use, the spigot starts leaking so that all of the water spills out all over the floor. We can’t figure out a way to fix it. LifeStraw did kindly and readily provide us with a replacement, but now this replacement has reached its limit as well after even less time. We expected it to last longer.

Great taste, leaks terribly

I loved the fresh taste of the water and the capacity. Unfortunately after just 6 months the spout started leaking like crazy no matter what I did. I had to take it out of the fridge so I could keep a bowl under, but it leaks so much that the bowl overflows at night. It seems so pointless to filter water only to have it leak out and be wasted. I can't believe this was so expensive and failed in such a basic way. I'm really sensitive to taste but also poor so it just really sucks.

I got this pitcher originally back in the fall. I love it! I can truly taste a difference in my water & this pitcher holds a significant amount. My only quarrel is I’ve had to request two replacements since my first one arrived due to damage, and it’s been a breeze. I am so happy Lifestraw has prompt, friendly and easy to communicate with customer service. Unfortunately my previous 2 pitchers got cracks on the base causing them to slowly leak. I will say, this pitcher is big. I understand how myself or one of my family members knocked it the wrong way when putting it in the fridge or sink to fill it, but it shouldn’t crack that easily. I’m thankful for the replacements and ease of requesting them (no hassle), but something tells me the material is not super high quality. I can put that aside since they’ve helped resolve the issue twice, and I do love the product and what it does for my water. Thank you Lifestraw!

Useless

The water comes through the filter at the rate of about a drop every second or two. If you spend the entire day trying to fill the pitcher it won’t be enough time.
Ended up just chucking the filter out and using it as a pitcher for iced tea. Bought another companies under the sink filter for my faucet which works MUCH better.

Leaks, dispenses slow

I hate this thing and want my money back. You basically have to keep it completely full to get any sort of reasonable dispensing flow. Half way empty? Be prepared to stand there for a while while the water trickles out into your cup. It’s also started leaking around the spigot so that’s cool. Whoever designed this thing did a terrible job.
