Disappointed.

I like the dispenser itself, however I really do not like the spigot. The spigot dispenses water very slowly. In fact we decided not to put it in the refrigerator like we had intended because it takes a really long time to fill a cup or water bottle. It would require leaveing the reftrigerator door open for too long while filling. So instead it sits on our already limited counter space. If I knew it was going to be like this, I would not have bought it.

Good water, terrible pitcher and water dispenser product

I’ve been using life straw for more than a year now, I’ve bought more than 3 pitchers and they always crack at the bottom. I didn’t give up because the water quality is good and we have granite countertops so I thought it was just my fault even though we have been careful putting it down. We switched to the dispenser but it started leaking less than a month of using it, now it has been leaking profusely.
Sad that they have terrible quality control. Terrible products.

Dispenser Started Leaking After 6 Months

I loved this filter so much the first 6 months I had it! The water tastes great and I felt better about the system having two different filters. However, after around 6 months, the dispenser part of the filter where the water comes out started leaking. It was leaking to the point of it flooding my refrigerator overnight, making me think my fridge had a leak! I'm so disappointed because I want to keep using this filter, but having it leak is a huge inconvenience.

Good but slow

I bought the home dispenser a few months ago and within a short time the spout began leaking badly. LifeStraw replaced it without question, but the new dispenser dispenses water so slowly that it takes forever to fill my water bottle. It took one minute 11 seconds to fill an 18 oz bottle which is a really long time for that size bottle. The old dispenser probably took 10-15 seconds or so. So the dispenser is good, but the slowness knocks off a star.

Constant leaking after just 2 months and lifestraw support takes forever

I bought this filter about 4 months ago and was excited to use it as my everyday water filter. However, just about 2 months in, it started dripping occasionally from the spout. It then escalated to leaking so badly it would drain everything out after just 20 minutes. This should be covered by warranty, and LifeStraw support has replied that they have an order in to replace, but it has been a month and I still cannot get an order confirmation number, so no idea if I will actually receive it. I understand holiday peak times, but not even being able to provide an order number or any sort of ETA seems off to me.
I hope this is just a one off because I enjoyed the product when it worked. I will say the spout is also a poor design because when you push it, it will move the whole dispenser, unlike the PUR water spout. Hoping LifeStraw support resolves my issue soon.
