Spout leaks

Worked great for the first month until we noticed it leaking all over the counter. If we fill it up in the morning, all the water has leaked out by the end of the day.

Flow rate is extremely slow

Pull up a chair because filling up a glass of water is extremely slow with this dispenser. Keep in mind you also have to push the spigot open the entire time.

Great filter --- ridiculously slow to dispense water. Advise getting the jug so you can pour it out.

This is clearly a great filter which results in a good taste. However, it is confusing how this product hit the market with a clear design flaw. I end up not drinking as much water because it is so incredibly slow to come out. It literally dribbles out -- I timed 30 seconds to fill a normal sized glass. Again, this is clearly a great company but needs a better team to ensure their products are functional.

I love the taste of the water, but we have had this filter for months now and it takes FOREVER to fill up. It's so frustrating when it gets empty. We have started refilling at the half way point just to avoid being out of clean water. Really annoying for the price.

I love this option of monthly filter replacement. No longer do I have to remember to order, nor am I using older filters while waiting for a replacement. I was also blown away when LifeStraw automatically sent my yearly filter!

Pitcher cracked and so did replacement

The first pitcher cracked as soon as we filled it up with water. Thought maybe it was a fluke or something I did so ordered a replacement. New pitcher is cracking at the seam at the bottom and leaking everywhere. Waste of money and I’m out a replacement pitcher too

Leaks like crazy

From day 8 the thing leaked. Had my house sitter watch the house while in the hospital and she was working 17 hour days. She took it out of the enclosed area and it leaked all over the floor. Horrible.
