We had it less than 1 year and it developed Mold at the lip of the dispenser where it can’t be cleaned.

Best water ever!!! My family are a bunch of water snobs. I bought one for myself and ended up throwing away our Brita water pitchers and buying 3 more for my older children. We absolutely love this water, we can’t get enough of it. I’m wanting to buy a few more as gifts, hopefully they get them in stock before Christmas. You absolutely will not regret buying this, your only regret will be that you didn’t buy it sooner.

This is the first lifestraw product that I’ve ever used and was super pleased! It’s easy to put together and use and worked great for me. I used your product at my family’s home in Cuba, in the past I’ve only used a Grayl water bottle where the water needs to be physically pressed; it’s time consuming for only a small amount of water. This is a great option and enabled me to drink as much water as I wanted.

I bought this for a second home which does not have built in water filtration system, and I liked it. But when I was gone for an extended period and it dried out, I had to replace both filters. For this application it was pricey. Sadly, I had to find another solution that was not so sensitive to drying out.

The only issue is when I first fill it with water I have to wait until it filters to pour a glass. Otherwise the unfiltered water spills out with the filtered if I don’t wait.

plastic pitcher walls crack only after a few weeks. never put anything other than cold water to filter. this is a poor quality product.
