Works great! I love having fresh water on hand without the need to buy bottled water. My tap water has a chemical taste to it, and this pitcher filters that out.

Too slow for even one person

Very disappointed with the filtration speed. I know it's supposed to be slow at first and then pick up as the air comes out of the filter but it's now filtering enough water on a daily basis to sustain even one person.

Glass Jug is the best and the customer service is great!!

I love the water filter system for my home. I love that the jug is glass and that the water comes through tasting great as I am very sensitive to chemical tastes in water. It’s also a breeze to keep clean as jug can go in the dishwasher. I am also very happy with the customer service. They quickly and completely solved the issue that I had.

It would be great if filtered faster

I love everything about it except it’s so slow to filter that I can only get it full if I’m home all day and go periodically add more water. It has improved since I first got it but it’s still a very slow drip.
