I wanted to love this product but the glass broke off at the spout within a week of using it. Not even sure how it happened. Disappointed that it was so fragile.

water tastes great

it's great that it's glass and certified to actually filter lead, also the water really tastes a LOT better than with a brita filter, however it's very hard to keep it full because the inner plastic part only holds about one large glass worth of water so one has to always remember to keep refilling it.

Fast filtering and good materials

We like the fact that the pitcher is made of glass and that the rest of the components are durable and easy to clean. Easy to replace filters. We initially had problems with a malfunctioning membrane filter, resulting in 10-13 hours to filter a single batch of water. After friendly and quick follow-up by the Lifestraw service team, we were supplied with a new filter after which our issues were solved (filtering of a batch now takes roughly 3-5 minutes). We like the taste of the water and we can definitely recommend this product!

Great filters

I have used the larger plastic pitcher for more than a year and love it, but it began to leak when pouring to the side of the spout, getting water on counter. So, this order is a replacement. I find I like the smaller pitcher better. It is not as heavy to use with my weak 82 year old wrists. They were on sale so I bought 2 incase one of these develop a leak.
