I love that this is glass! I’m trying to slowly decrease the plastics in my home and this is great. I would love if it was just a tad bigger! But definitely a staple in our home.

Cracked in two places after only a few weeks

We liked the look of this pitcher and our water did taste better after filtering. However, after just a few weeks of regular use, two cracks along the seam of the plastic have developed on the base of the pitcher, leaking the water all over our fridge and making it unusable. I didn’t expect the pitcher to last forever but certainly longer than a few weeks! Very disappointed.

Love that its glass and has the silicon bottom! It does take a long time to fill for the first go but if you keep up with it and refill it right after you pour out it helps keep it full! Thats my only complaint but the water tastes so crisp and perfect so Im happy to wait for it to take its time 👍🏽 great product highly reccomend

Great, Except...

My wife and I love our Home 7-Cup Glass pitcher. However, the initial membrane microfilter that came with it turned out to be defective- it kept filtering water very slowly for weeks and then a reddish substance began to form inside. Once I replaced the filter with a new one, it worked perfectly. Our pitcher is vastly more useful now and we enjoy it a lot. I've included photos of the defective filter here.

Really nice, you can taste the difference, but you have to fill up the middle a few time and wait in between to fill up the hole thing.

The design is gorgeous but I think the filtered water tastes weird. Such a disappointment. I’m disabled and can’t get out often so the return window has passed. Unfortunate.
