I bought this plastic pitcher to replace the glass pitcher I used for many years because I wanted a lighter weight pitcher. This pitcher came with a small defect, some sharp plastic sticking out at the bottom of the handle. I was able to remove it by filing it off. Otherwise, I do like the lighter weight of this pitcher, however, I have some remorse every time I buy anything plastic.

I moved to Seattle, and was disappointed by how chlorinated the water tasted. No longer!
I’ve long had classic lifestraws in my car and home emergency kits. I was happy to see such a trusted company made a home filter as well. It didn’t disappoint.

Freshest, best tasting water. Have used all kinds of water filtration and this one is, hands down, the best. Note that it takes longer to filter but is worth the wait. The glass pitcher is elegant as well. Thank you, Life Straw

I absolutely Love this pitcher!! I haven't been able to drink water since I was a small child. This was a game changer !! I took a chance and was hoping life straw would change my world.. It DID!! I still have to filter bottled water but my system does tolerate the water and now it's all I drink .. I literally have drank nothing else for weeks now since I received this pitcher .. I will say the only thing I hope that life straw does,is to make their filters also filter out flouride.. if they do this nothing can top this filter.. I am planning on buying some of their personal straws and also one of their bigger units to fill with bottled water .. my mother has tried this filter with tap water and she said it's amazing !! I cannot explain how much this has changed my life !! Thank you Life Straw!!

It's a nice pitcher, easy to fill, doesn't spill when pouring, and it looks good. I was so glad to find a glass pitcher, but I wish the filter / filter housing didn't contain plastic! It is also taller than my old water filter, I had to adjust my fridge shelves.
