DO NOT BUY!

It’s a great pitcher, but the plastic housing that holds the filters is impossible to clean fully, and the replacements are never in stock. We cannot find them anywhere else online - seriously, go read the reviews on this site about the housing. Everyone has the same complaints.
You’ll buy a pitcher you can use for a year and then have to pitch. It’s wasteful and frustrating. Clearly they have housing units if they’re selling brand new pitchers with them included, so why won’t they sell us the replacements? So you have to buy a new pitcher. It’s a scummy thing to do. Don’t support them.

Wonderful water

The pitcher provides great tasting water and I’m using fewer bottles. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit in my fridge… (should have checked dimensions) and takes a bit of time to fill. Otherwise terrific

The glass pitcher is a great replacement for plastic well known other brand. Would really prefer the larger size. The 7 cup pitcher requires both hands for lifting and pouring. It looks clean and appealing on the countertop.

I’d been using another brand of water filter pitcher for years but could still taste the chlorine in the water. I love my new water pitcher - the water tastes clean and delicious and I love knowing that other not so great for me things have been filtered out! Highly recommend!

Want to love it, but leaks

I want to love this filter! It really makes a difference in water quality, but it started leaking after about two weeks. I love the taste enough to try to keep it, even trying to tape along the seam where the leak occurred, but my fridge now constantly has a puddle of water in it.
