Loved it until it started leaking :(

I have had the larger pitcher for about a year and a half now. I loved the pitcher. It holds a decent amount of water and the water tastes great! Unfortunately, my pitcher has cracked on the bottom and is now leaking out of the cracks. I do not have the silicone base so that may help but should be included if cracking is expected after some time. It only stays in my fridge so I expected it to last a little longer.

Took the main filter element on a cruise to have fresh water to refill water bottles. This worked great!!!

Pretty and practical

We love our glass Lifestraw pitcher. We also have the plastic 10 cup version. I prefer the glass as I like to get away from plastic as much as possible. This pitcher looks beautiful out on the table for company too. I think the rubber bottom guard is essential for this version. No slipping or sliding. Great tasting water.

I don't know - this was a gift

A friend is planning a 2 week missionary trip to Malawi in June. I gave it to him. If he doesn't contract cholera, from drinking, or some sort of hideous sinus/brain ameoba (he uses a CPAP machine) I'll let you know.

All around awesome - the look and use

Absolutely love this! This looks so nice in my fridge; very clean looking. For the first few weeks it would run the water through the filter really slow, but then it got to a better speed. Love that this is double filtered as well so it is nice to know that the water is clean. Glass is much healthier, at least what I think, so I recommend this x100.

The water quality is great, but it takes too long to refill for the amount of water my dog & I drink in a day. It’s become more of a headache than I hoped for.
