It looks Awesome on my counter, it’s sleek and well made. I don’t put it in the fridge because I like looking at it. The water taste great as well. I like knowing I’m getting clean filtered water from something that’s helping others too. It took a minute to get it filtering like you said it would, no problems besides teaching the grown children how to pour water back in after they take it out. ;) Plus I love getting updates on how your company and products are helping. I would give them as gifts to help you along if I could.

The quality of the water is very good, but the cap for the filter housing is extremely difficult to remove. I had no luck even with attempts from others. the company did respond and sent another cap and though still difficult, I did manage to get it off.

Disappointed

It’s a really nice looking filter and pitcher but I was disappointed that the filtered water tasted the same as the unfiltered water. I am only using it on bottled water to take the micro plastics out because I don’t trust my tap water even with a filter. I was hoping it would improve the taste of Poland Spring water but it didn’t unfortunately.

We bought this after starting to question what’s in our water and have felt very confident in the purchase (big bonus - it looks good on our counter). The only question was the type of glass since it feels more like plastic.

It's okay

I love the idea of having a glass water pitcher so that my drinking water isn't sitting in plastic. The water tastes good after it's filtered but it takes nearly 8 hours to filter. It's not a practical solution if this is your only source of drinking water. I now have to have two water pitchers in my fridge my Brita and this one.

I have a LifeStraw water bottle to take to Costa Rica and I found that I didn't use it that much because I don't like sucking through the straw. I purchased this pitcher because I loved the idea of putting this water into my cooking, my tea, and a water bottle I like. I'm so happy with it and even brought it back to Costa Rica with me, stuffed with underwear and socks so it could fit into our suitcase.
