Nice Pitcher...a few drawbacks.

I like the look of pitcher and taste of water. It it a bit tall, and doesn't fit well under my kitchen faucet to fill it. And the glass is heavy....so I'm leaving in on counter rather than putting in fridge.

I upgraded from a pur filter and this one works so much better. I like that I can pour water easily if there is still some water filtering. Our water has a strong flavor and it completely disappears after being filtered. Love the glass carafe but wish that the filter housing was not plastic.

New water filter

Easy to handle, fill, store, pour and clean. Not nearly enough water for our daily needs. We have to keep 3 more pitchers filled too. Also the water still has a slightly bad taste. My husband is fine with it but I have a sensitive palette and I’m still trying to get use to it. Plus I drink much more than he does. So I would rate it between Okay and Good if I could.

Honestly, I was super excited when I first got this filter but it has been nothing but a disappointment. I love the way it looks and the glass container which is why I bought it because I was trying to stay away from plastics. The water filter chamber only holds about one 10oz cup in it and it takes about 30 min to filter through, so if you wanted to have your pitcher to fill up more than one glass of water you would have to come back to it 3 seperate times within an hr and a half so you don’t overflow the filter container. The height of it is also very odd and doesn’t fit in my fridge unless I were to move the shelves which would make so much less room for other things. Also too big to be held in the door. Overall, disappointment from this. Would not recommend this to anyone and definitely won’t by any other products from them
