Not good for quartz countertops

I wish that they would make the glass sturdier. We have quartz countertops and the glass just cracks with one or two times setting it on the countertop without the silicone base. We have had 3 pitchers and if we’re just washing the silicone base and use the pitcher once or twice while it’s without the base, it cracks! All 3 pitchers have cracked. Very fragile glass! We are now using just a glass pitcher with the filter fitting on top and that glass pitcher had been holding out much better without a even a silicone base!

I got this pitcher originally back in the fall. I love it! I can truly taste a difference in my water & this pitcher holds a significant amount. My only quarrel is I’ve had to request two replacements since my first one arrived due to damage, and it’s been a breeze. I am so happy Lifestraw has prompt, friendly and easy to communicate with customer service. Unfortunately my previous 2 pitchers got cracks on the base causing them to slowly leak. I will say, this pitcher is big. I understand how myself or one of my family members knocked it the wrong way when putting it in the fridge or sink to fill it, but it shouldn’t crack that easily. I’m thankful for the replacements and ease of requesting them (no hassle), but something tells me the material is not super high quality. I can put that aside since they’ve helped resolve the issue twice, and I do love the product and what it does for my water. Thank you Lifestraw!

The water comes through the filter at the rate of about a drop every second or two. If you spend the entire day trying to fill the pitcher it won’t be enough time.
Ended up just chucking the filter out and using it as a pitcher for iced tea. Bought another companies under the sink filter for my faucet which works MUCH better.

I really enjoy my Lifestraw water pitcher. Previously used 5 gallon water bottles from retail however moved to third floor condo and dont want to haul those up stairs. This pitcher provides great filtering capabilities and looks good on my kitchen counter. Proud to have in my home.

I truly love my glass Lifestraw Pitcher. The dual filters really make a difference in the quality of our drinking water - it does taste noticeably better. Using glass is such a plus, no worry about what is in the plastic. The pitcher looks attractive on our counter top and draws positive attention from our family and friends. So glad we found Lifestraw.
