Love my new 7 cup glass water pitcher! Well designed and feels high quality. So glad I decided on glass vs plastic. Please continue to make additional product using glass..it make a difference.

Good but slow

It takes quite a bit of time for water to filter through. So takes a while to actually drink the water. And wish could fill it up a little more. I know there are bigger sizes but not available in the glass like I wanted
But still good quality it seems and getting clean filter water

Broken handle

I loved the product however, the handle cracked and broke where it is attached to the pitcher. I informed the company several times and have heard nothing back which has been a real dissappointment.

Makes drinking water easier

I love having a pitcher right in our kitchen with tasty, filtered room temp water. The filtering process is slow but I feel like it’s filtering out a lot of junk so I fill it up after every pour.

Amazing tasting water (really really good compared to my old filters), but SO slow to filter and small filter size means you have to refill it almost every hour to have usable water. I’ve got 3 of them and it’s still more likely I won’t have enough filtered water available.

I purchased this product in error. I wanted the glass pitcher and will order that once the refund is confirmed. However, I've found the company professional and responsive so far and look forward to taking full benefits as a customer soon.
