I’ve had to replace due to cracks and mold

Cracks form in the bottom of the of the pitcher allowing for mold to form. I have replaced this and now have thrown away my second one. I treated it with care and followed care instructions and this happened twice. Will not buy again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Great product

This is the first lifestraw product that I’ve ever used and was super pleased! It’s easy to put together and use and worked great for me. I used your product at my family’s home in Cuba, in the past I’ve only used a Grayl water bottle where the water needs to be physically pressed; it’s time consuming for only a small amount of water. This is a great option and enabled me to drink as much water as I wanted.

The only issue is when I first fill it with water I have to wait until it filters to pour a glass. Otherwise the unfiltered water spills out with the filtered if I don’t wait.

Here’s what I love. I love that your product is made of glass. I love that your product removes micro plastics and pPhas, chemicals that other water pitcher filters do not remove. I love that for each pitcher I buy a school child will receive safe water for a year, this goes for each carbon filter I replace. Your company is changing the world for the better, thank you. ❤️

Pitcher cracked and so did replacement

The first pitcher cracked as soon as we filled it up with water. Thought maybe it was a fluke or something I did so ordered a replacement. New pitcher is cracking at the seam at the bottom and leaking everywhere. Waste of money and I’m out a replacement pitcher too

I love the quality of filtration of this product. I had the plastic version but had a warranty issue with it. The company took a little longer to respond than some, but the customer service is great. I ended up getting a glass version with the silicon bottom. Could not be happer.
