Too long to filter…

For our family of 3, it takes too long to filter what we need for a day. At the rate of filtering, we would each need a pitcher. Also frustrated that we will lose a couple days to filtering every two months to prepare the filter (since it takes so long). I’m sure it’s a great filter, but it’s just not what we expected.

Quick, convenient, and space conscious

I love this thing. I ordered it on impulse after accidentally going down the rabbit hole on microplastics in tap water, and it's definitely one of my favorite impulse buys! It filters pretty quickly so it's easy to refill, it fits well in my small fridge, and the water tastes great. 10/10, would definitely buy again!

Quite tall

The pitcher is so tall that I can't get my faucet over it. It's a smaller sink, but I was able to use another brand of pitcher with it with no problem. I'm disappointed because I was really hoping this would work. The filter life is much longer with the lifestraw model.

Great Customer Service for a Great Pitcher

I bought one as a housewarming gift for my girlfriend and she loved it so I bought my own a couple months later. I read that lifestraw filters more effectively than brita so thought a replacement would be worth it. I was a little disappointed due to a slow filter and then a leak in the bottom seam BUT lifestraw sent me a whole new replacement for free (even without a receipt!). Exceptional customer service and now I’m very happy with my replacement!
