Taste of water good. Becoming used to slow drip. Maybe 10 cup would be more convenient. Cats now drinking filtered water. Perhaps some sensitive plants next.

warranty replacement is defective

This was a warranty replacement pitcher but the filter takes so long to process even after several days of trying. Something seems wrong as our original filter worked just fine

So slow

This is so slow to filter. Like I’ll be dehydrated before it’s done. It gets the stuff out the first week but now the water looks cloudy and has some iron in it. A little disappointed in this.

I followed the directions, not once, not twice, but 3 times before the water started filtering properly. I am disabled and it was a week after getting it before I could prep it. very frustrating.
