Amazing pitcher!

I love my Lifestraw pitcher. The previous one I had was made from glass and it broke because of hitting against my countertop a little too hard. I did not know that Lifestraw changed to plastic. So glad they did!

Just what I wanted

Great quality, more effective filter than any other company I've heard of. Looks super cute. May be difficult for someone with arthritis in their hands as I had quite a bit of trouble getting the cap off the part where the charcoal filter goes into. Filters quite slowly, would suggest re filling it every time you pour yourself water.

Great water but slow drip

I love the taste of the water but can never refill the canister completely as it takes forever to drip through the filter. I don't know why it's such a terribly slow drip.

Very good customer service

I appreciate the excellent customer service when my pitcher started leaking from cracks. After just a couple months of gentle use as an elderly single I was surprised. The pitcher is about an inch too tall to fit under an ordinary faucet. The initial fill was hours! It's still kind of pokey and needs about 3x to actually fill the pitcher.

I like it but it does filter kind of slow compared to other brands. Hopefully that just means the quality is worth it. The water does taste better to me.

Pretty Design, but Not For Me

This is a really pretty filtration pitcher, but it doesn’t work for me. I’m sure the filtration is excellent, but it is just too slow.
I never seem to be able to have more that 1/4-1/3 of the water in the pitcher available. I will sadly return it.
