Great filter

I have no problems with the filter, is small, filters slow but is not a problem for me, first days the taste of the water was like chlorine but after that the taste I very good, the only problem is that I have been using it for not more than 4 months and the bottom is crackling and leaking water, I wish it could be mor resistant.

Coal tar filter

I wanted to love this product, the design and the glass are great however the filter is made out of coal tar . When I reached out to the company to get some piece of mind they sent me on a wild goose chase of random documents - none of which had anything to do with whether or not the coal tar filter is actually non carcinogenic as they claim.

Third try & disappointed

Today, I was thrilled to receive the replacement LifeStraw glass pitcher — newly designed with a rubber base (my first two LifesStraw pitchers in 2019 and 2020 didn’t have the base and both broke when placed on a marble countertop). Thankfully, Crate & Barrel agreed to replace the broken pitchers when LifeStraw would not. Unfortunately, this replacement doesn’t filter water! It looks like the glue on the membrane microfilter is blocking the flow of water. I had really hoped third time would be the charm, but this product continues to disappoint.

Poor description, unhappy with purchase

I thought my pitcher would be glass and it was plastic. It should really be clear that it's not glass since its not labeled that all 10 cups pitchers are plastic. The options say nothing about it being made from another material. I wanted to exchange but it's not worth the hassle of refunding, shipping back and re ordering. Im not happy with my purchase and wish I went with another water filter.

Don't drop

I would rather give a 4.5. Product is fantastic, I really appreciate the flap on let's you know when it's full and doesn't open back up. The only problem I have is, the full circular bottom cracked off and some cracks ran up the sides after it was accidentally drop on hard wood. Otherwise this filter is wonderful.
