Initially bought the plastic base...MISTAKE!

I bought the Lifestraw 10 cup in Plastic a couple months ago. About a month in the bottom of the base started to crack and leak. I just returned it and am replacing it with the glass base. I love the design. the water tastes really good, and mine filtered really fast.

It is a little heavy

It is a little heavy when full, but I think that’s due to the filter, so it’s not a problem for me if it is clearing the bacteria as I need it to.

Good Product...Great Customer Service

We moved to a new town....terrible tasting water. I started searching for a fix and found Lifestraw. I like their mission so decided to give the 10c pitcher a try. Great drinking water right away, that problem was solved, but my pitcher started leaking and I was very disappointed. I reached out to customer service and the ywent over and above what I would expect. Buy this product with confidence.
