Clean machine

I use my Life Straw just to fill up my coffee maker. When the coffee maker is refilled, I refill the Life Straw and proudly leave it on the kitchen counter since it is so fashionable looking.

So happy to have this water filter! It holds a decent amount of water and it’s pretty easy to change the filters. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the center chamber doesn’t hold much water, so you have to fill it and then wait while it filters and repeat this cycle a few times in order to have a full pitcher.

SO much better than brita!! This isn’t even the biggest size and it holds way more water and the filter works so much better! Not a big price difference either, well worth it!!

Made me realize how little our Brita was actually doing

We've had a Brita pitcher for several years now and always assumed it was doing as much as any filter would. But after our water started tasting chemically, we did some research and found there are better options out there. Case in point, this pitcher is phenomenal. Our water is now back to being perfectly, wonderfully bland, only matched in blandness by bottled water (that is, I assume, how water is supposed to taste). My only worry is the thin handle on the plastic version. For such a large jug (even the 7 cup pitcher is huge), the handle seems a bit fragile. Could be my slight-OCD kicking in, but I always make sure to support the base as I pour. The handle might not actually be an issue, however, and certainly matches the clean, delicate aesthetic of the rest of the pitcher. Small trade-off for worry-free drinking.

Love my LifeStraw pitcher. It fills quickly and removed any “chemical” taste. Love the size as well, though I did remove a shelf in the door of my fridge so it would fit-totally worth it!
