Great pitcher

I bought this pitcher so that I could have filtered water for my coffee maker. I have the 18 cup dispenser in my fridge and love the difference it has made in my drinking water. But, my coffee maker works best with room temperature water, so I purchased the 7 cup pitcher for that. My coffee is a bit of a splurge, but clean safe water never is.

Lots to love

Love that the it’s a glass pitcher vs plastic. Love the silicone bottom for durability. Especially love the fresh clean water. Love how this helps support clean water for those who don’t have it. Love how it looks on my counter vs my big old plastic Brita pitcher.
Wish it held more water as I need to refill more often, but that’s a small inconvenience and I’m already used to it.

I am very happy with this pitcher. The glass is so much better than the plastic; it doesn't get scratched and yellow. The filters work great and are easy to install. The only thing I was disappointed in was the lid I got was scratched up. I emailed Lifestraw about it and never heard back.

I love my Lifeatraw 7 cup pitcher. It was difficult to choose among rhe colors-all attracrive- and I am happy with the one I selected. My only wish is that I had some easy way of determining when I need to replace the filter.

Great tasting water, but slow filling

While I love that the clean taste of its filtered water, it takes forever to refill the container. Hopefully, reduced plastic and improved efficiency could be designed with next rendition of this system?

Pure Water

Our water is fine for most uses. But, it was literally turning our coffee filter green even though we use the refrigerator filter.
The LifeStraw glass filter pitcher solved the problem! We pour the water in and it comes out clean.
It takes a little while to filter, but it’s definitely worth it. And buying from LifeStraw helps so many people get clean drinking water!

Drips EXTREMELY slowly and lid leaks when pouring

I used to have the 10 cup and got the 7 cup bc the bottoms cracked and started leaking. The 7 cups drips incredibly slowly. I’ve had this for months now and it has barely sped up. Also, the lid doesn’t fit snugly enough and water pours out of the side if you don’t pour extremely slowly. It’s very frustrating

This is absolutely a must if you’re looking for a great filtered water and an easy reach counter top option. Throw out all your plastic filtering jugs, those are unhealthy and opt for lifestraws glass pitchers. It’s a game changer. Our family bought 4 at once, 2 per household and it’s worth every penny, the water is crystal clear and so delicious.
