Amazing product. The water feels so clean and it's great to have glass instead of plastic as the main container. It does fill slowly, but worth it - we just make sure to refill a little more often.

We had problems with the large dispenser filter leaking and exchanged for the glass pitcher without any problems. Easy to use and still the same product we love.

Works great and solved our stinky water problem

Our water had recently developed a chlorine smell. The Lifestraw removed that and made our water better for drinking. We love that it is made of glass. The only downsides we found are that it is heavy and that it takes many fillings to fill it, but we still think it is more than worth it. Will be recommending it to my mom who is looking for a glass pitcher water filter.

I had high hopes

We can't remove the filter housing. ! This is a product defect. This product can't be used by someone with weak hands or a weak wrist, so basically any senior citizen or person with limited use of a hand. I will be returning. And as stated in other reviews, it takes a very long time to filter water, drop by drip. After a couple of fills to rinse the filter, a filtered glass of water is still not possible within 20 minutes.
