I have been buying your products for years(from you website and on Amazon). The last pitchers i have bought are scratched with cracks and appear dirty. Please get back to making quality pitchers. Sorry I can't add photos .
Thank you;
Gerald Howell

Great pitcher!

I bought because I was frustrated the filters were discontinued for my previous pitcher from another brand and I was mad so didn’t want to buy same brand again. Set up for this pitcher was a little finicky and water filters through slow at first but after a few weeks of using it I can say I really like it!

filters but much more slowly than expected

I'm not as tuned in to water taste of tap vs filtered water, but the end result tastes good. The only thing that surprised me, even though LifeStraw notes this, is that the filtration is quite slow. I've had it for two weeks and it takes about 40 minutes for the 'reservoir' (where I put the water to be filtered) to go through. And in the first few days, I wasn't getting more than 1/2 cup every 2 hours so that was a challenge. But in my mind, slower means more is being filtered out, so I take that as a sign that it is doing its job.

Great Overall

The double filtration system works wonders to filter the disgusting city water in my office building. The glass 7-cup pitcher is aesthetically pleasing. My complaints are the functionality. First, the height is very tall. For at home, with a gooseneck faucet, this would be fine. For work, with a more basic lower height faucet, the faucet scratched the top of this vessel. So I now use a separate pitcher to transport my water back to my desk, to fill the Life Straw pitcher. The other issue is that using a second pitcher to fill this pitcher means it's messy. If I don't pour very slowly, I'm going to drip water given the swivel part that opens up. I saw there is a larger pitcher, but it doesn't have a silicone bottom, so I'm concerned about scratching office furniture. Maybe I'm the only one with not great luck here, but I'd recommend someone measurers the height of these pitchers for a corporate office setting, as this is sadly a bit of a nuisance. That said, this is hands down the best water filtration device I've ever tried. Hoping the product problem see this and can experiment with the pitchers to work out some usability kinks.

I searched for a glass water filter pitcher and, after having read a positive review online I purchased Lifestraw. I am overall very satisfied with it and hope and trust that it removes a substantial amount of microplastics, PFAS, and other harmful stuff from our water. The water filters somewhat slowly but that is okay. Also, the filter that came with the pitcher did not work at all. I assume it was clogged. Luckily, I had purchased two more filters with it and the one that I am using works fine. Again, overall I am very satisfied and glad that I bought it.
