I think I like it!

It is definitely a pretty pitcher! The set up takes way longer than I thought it would. Although I knew it would be, it's much heavier than what I had before. The water does feel cleaner and crisper!

This is my second Life Straw pitcher: I love the company and what they promise in terms of water purification and cleanliness. But still I have issues with the filters. It takes so long to filter a single batch of water, it’s unable to keep up with how much water I drink in an afternoon, let alone a day. I love the look and the ultimate deliverable, but I’ve tried multiple times now and still it takes so long to filter water. Kind of a bummer but still sort of worth it? Not sure.

I love my new LifeStraw Glass water filter. The design is sleek and beautiful. The water tastes much better than drinking directly from the tap. They are a great company with a great warrantee on their products. I highly recommend ordering today!

The pitcher is kind of tall and does not fit under my faucet without tilting it. But it is really a lovely piece and filters clear fresh water.

Why are there NO written/illustrated DIRECTIONS ?

Why are there NO DIRECTIONS and WhY no illustration of the parts and the orientation they should be in when installed,I have hurt my hands and wrists trying to get the filter housing in and I see no instructions that tell me exactly which way to orient it. I've tried the possible ways and water still dribbles out from everywhere but the spout.
