Easy to use. Very happy

Easy to use. Very happy with purchase. I do have a suggestion: add a feature that tells you when you need to change the filter. I use the pitcher for more than drinking water. So I have had to estimate my usage in order to determine when to change the filter.

The 1st carafe cracked and

The 1st carafe cracked and you replaced it. Now the 2nd carafe is cracked on the bottom seam around the edge.
