This is not what I wanted and it doesn't do what I thought. It did. Please give me a return slip, but I do own other life. Straw straws and lifestrolled drinking bottles. Thank you. Please give me a return slip for this water picture filter!!

We really love the refreshing, great taste. Our only disappointment is how slow it fills. We’ve learned to let the tap run as slow as possible and that works ok to fill it.

The initial break-in as it were of the filter was much longer than described. Is there a trick for easily removing the cone holding the main filter? Once broken in, it seems to work very well. Patience is a virtue.
