I already wrote to you and told you I can’t twist the plastic housing from the glass container. Your response was unhelpful. I’ve used life straw for years but you don’t stand by your product

Love my pitcher, it saved me so much from buying water bottles. It is a bit tall though, I'm lucky it fitted in my fridge

I would love to have the Home 7 Cup. Would you believe I already broke it ? I guess I'll order a replacement now. I was looking forward to using that thing. I feel like an idiot.

I already own the glass version and also a countertop dispenser. I love them both! I purchased the plastic one to have a lighter pitcher to bring on trips!

Great filter, could have better design

The filter works great and I love the glass pitcher, but the spout and lid fit in such a way that’s so tight its hard to remove to change the filter/clean the pitcher, and have pinched my fingers multiple times putting it back in. Design could use a little tweaking, would also love to see a stainless steal version for even less plastic

Love having a glass pitcher! Feel confident that the filter is working well. Only concern is that I can’t secure the pouring spout. Is there a way to have it fit securely so I don’t need to hold it down while pouring?

Thrilled to find a water filter that has a glass pitcher. Not only does it do a phenomenal job of filtering my city water that smells and tastes heavily of chlorine, it looks very classy. Am loving my Lifestraw water filter and its glass pitcher!!

We all love this 7 cup glass pitcher- worth every penny!!
Our tap water tastes amazing now and the little kids are really asking for more!
Easy to use - we keep it next to the sink.
The water filters quickly- no issues with waiting -
