Great for the family!

It feels great to know I'm giving my children the cleanest water possible. I wish I had known about lifestraw years earlier, as I had been drinking tap water. The filtered water even makes my coffee taste fresher, cleaner, crisp. It is totally worth the money and would make a great gift for anyone. I'll be a customer for life!

What a pain!

Someone should have told me that it would take an entire day to get this pitcher set up and filled with water. I pulled off the silicone bottom to remove the circular piece of plastic with blue lettering, and I got the bottom back on, but it looks crooked. The filter also seems crooked. And though the water is flowing through, it's so slow, that I have to leave it on the counter for at least half an hour to remind me to refill if it's completely empty. I'm not sure I'm going to stick with this pitcher. I like that the pitcher is glass, and it's cheaper than Clearly Filtered, but definitely more time consuming.

Happy the body is made of glass but wish there weren’t any plastic inside. Main complaint is the water is SUPER slow to filter even after multiple uses.
