Great product. The filtration is slow, but I notice an improvement in freshness from my Brita. You’re also able to pour while it’s filtering, which is a feature B never perfected! The glass is strong while lightweight, and I love not drinking from plastic.

LifeStraw pitcher is superior in every way

The LifeStraw pitcher is a great improvement over the one I’ve been using. It is easy to keep refilled, more streamlined and attractive on the counter and love that it is made of glass. It also filters out many more substances. I’m very glad I made the switch.

I absolutely love my Lifestraw pitcher and filter system. It’s easy to handle and clean. But more importantly, the quality of water is what anyone would be grateful for. Plus the heart and integrity of this company makes it the perfect option!

Can’t wash filter holder in water

I don’t like that I can’t clean the filter holder that sits in the water so I returned it. I’m not sure how it’s sterile stays sterile after a month. I’d also like to be able to sanitize wash the pitcher in my dishwasher and can’t

It takes over 8 hrs to filter one fill of the filter. So far I’ve used it a dozen times. Either there is something wrong with the filter unit or it’s just not practical.
The carafe is beautiful. Wish it was faster - an hour would be acceptable.
